Hibernia Platform Employers’ Organization

The Hibernia Platform Employers’ Organization (HPEO) was formed by Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. (HMDC) in accordance with the Labour Relations Act and is comprised of 13 employers on the Hibernia Platform. The HPEO is authorized to negotiate on behalf of the employers who employ employees on the Hibernia Platform, and to enter into and administer a collective agreement on their behalf.
