On February 22, 2024 the HPEO and Unifor Local 2121 reached a tentative agreement outlining amendments to the current collective agreement.  A memorandum of settlement (MOS), which requires ratification by bargaining unit employees and the HPEO Board of Trustees, was subsequently signed by both parties.

Details of the MOS will be kept confidential until ratified by the HPEO Board of Trustees and after the union has had its first ratification meeting.

We encourage everyone to discuss further questions you have with the appropriate knowledgeable parties.

Employees in the bargaining unit should discuss with their union representatives.

HPEO Employers and management should discuss with their HPEO sector representative or the HPEO Bargaining Team members.
